Once a customer elects to purchase energy via deregulation (customer choice) programs that are available through their local utility company, an agreement is made between a supplier and the customer. Often times an agreement between the customer and the utility company is required. Once the agreement is executed, arrangements are made for the procurement and delivery of the energy to your local utility. The utility company will, in turn, deliver the supplies to your facility. The existing transportation infrastructure is used to deliver your energy, be it natural gas or electricity.
