Rhonda Parker-Hamlin is co-founder of PRo Energy Group, Inc., and PRo Energy Partners, Ltd. With 20 years of experience in the energy industry, Mrs. Hamlin has spent most of her career in energy sales, market development, management, and strategic planning for natural gas marketing firms.
Prior to co-founding PRo Energy Group, Inc. in 2000, Mrs. Hamlin served in virtually every capacity of marketing and managing natural gas. The first half of her career was devoted to the introduction of gas deregulation in California, Florida, and Georgia. More specifically, she has been successful in assisting investor-owned utility companies with the adoption of tariffs and pilot programs that were ultimately conducive to a deregulated environment. Mrs. Hamlin's passion and tenacity for promoting a deregulated marketplace for natural gas has led to successful relationships with local utility companies, state regulatory agencies, and customers in states like Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Illinois, Florida and Texas.
Mrs. Hamlin has personally managed over 5000 industrial and commercial accounts that have included well recognized industry leaders such as Marriott International, Wyndham Corporation, HCA Columbia Healthcare, Denny's, Jefferson Smurfit Corporation, Interstate Brands Corporation, TENET Healthcare, and the Georgia Public Housing Authority.
Jarrett Rogers, Principal, Co-Founder
Jarrett Rogers has 18 years experience marketing and managing deregulated natural gas. Prior to co-founding PRo Energy in 2000, Mr. Rogers was co-owner of Houston Energy Services Company, which was later sold to a Corpus Christi based company.
Mr. Rogers is experienced in the development, implementation, and management of purchasing strategies for a multitude of industrial gas users. His natural gas portfolio included direct gas sales, pipeline direct-connects, pipeline bypasses, futures hedging and alternative fuel feasibility studies. Mr. Rogers has vast knowledge in gas management for corporations like Cargill USA, Dart Container, Gulf Sulphur, Cintas Uniforms, and many other industrial gas users.
Working in unison with Rhonda, the two developed a dynamic end-user market for natural gas in Florida that would later drastically change the face of the deregulated marketplace for Florida, and many soon-to-be deregulated territories. Together Rhonda and Jarrett created a market portfolio that grew in excess of $50 million annual revenue in just three short years.
Mark Courtney, Vice President-Operations
Mr. Courtney has more than 20 years experience in energy investment banking, pipelines, and commodities. Coming to CIMA Energy, Ltd. from Landmark Power Exchange, where he was responsible for all aspects of a newly developed natural gas desk at the West Coast Power brokerage firm, he greatly enhanced the Producer Services team by also bringing years of experience as an independent consultant specializing in gas storage development and mergers and acquisitions in the midstream sector.
Mr. Courtney's energy career began at Howard Weil Labouisse Friedrichs, where he worked as an equity analyst covering the oil service, upstream and midstream energy sectors. He graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Economics and Management, and a Master's of Business Administrations in International Finance.
He served as Vice President of Commercial Operations for Falcon Gas Storage Inc., an independent storage development company, following an eight-year career at Enron Corporation. Mark worked in a number of positions at Enron, including General Manager of the Western Region for Enron Energy Services and assignments in the industrial services, producer services, and compression services groups.
